What is covered
Two numbers, both counted from the day the repair is completed. Everything else on this page explains where they stop.
90 / 365
Days of labor cover and days of parts cover. Genuine OEM parts.
Labor — 90 days
If the fault we repaired comes back inside 90 days, the return visit and the labor to put it right are covered. No second diagnostic fee, no travel charge. The cover follows the repair, not the appliance: it applies to the specific failure that was diagnosed and fixed.
Parts — 365 days
Components we supply and fit carry 365 days from the repair date. Genuine OEM parts. That matters more than it sounds. On a built-in Thermador appliance an aftermarket board or element can fit, power up and still behave differently from the original under load — and a warranty on a part like that is worth very little.
If you supply your own part, it is fitted at your risk and no parts cover applies. The labor cover still stands.
Where the cover stops
- A different, unrelated fault appearing later on the same appliance.
- Damage from flooding, pests, physical impact, or a power surge after the repair. Storms are the local reality here, not an exception we can absorb.
- Work performed on the appliance by anyone else after our visit.
- Wear parts consumed in normal use, such as filters and seals replaced on schedule.
- Appliances that were already modified away from their original configuration.
How to claim
Call and say it is a warranty return. Have the date of the original visit ready. Nothing needs to be posted, registered or filed in advance — the service record on our side is the claim.
Manufacturer cover is separate
Nothing on this page is a manufacturer warranty, and it does not replace one. If your appliance is still inside its original Thermador cover, check the terms of that cover before booking any independent company, including this one.
$80 flat diagnostic
Credited toward the repair. Written estimate before any work begins.
What does the repair the cover applies to cost?
$80 covers the diagnosis, and it is taken off the total if you decide to go ahead. Past that the figure is set by which component has actually failed, and the rows below are where a covered repair has been settling. Nobody here quotes one number before the panel is off.
| What has failed | Parts and labor |
|---|---|
| Diagnostic visit | $80 flat |
| Igniter, spark module or surface element | $210–$490 |
| Oven thermostat or temperature sensor | $180–$560 |
| Bake or broil element | $210–$580 |
| Convection fan or motor | $260–$670 |
| Control board or touch panel | $440–$1,010 |
| Door hinge, glass or seal | $180–$680 |
| Refrigeration column sealed system | $920–$2,400 |
Ranges, not quotes. The width of a band is mostly access: a component reached from the front is one job, and the same component behind an appliance that has to come out of its opening is quite another. How a job is priced.
What do people ask about the cover?
- What will this repair cost?
- $80 flat to diagnose it, credited toward the repair. On a covered repair the common repairs run $180–$560, and refrigeration column sealed system is the band with the widest spread at $920–$2,400. Which one you are in is settled on the visit, in writing, before anything is ordered.
- How do I book, and when are you working?
- Two ways and no third: the telephone, (904) 478-8963, or the booking link, which is hosted at nexfield.pro. No form lives on these pages, and no email address either. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am – 4:00pm. Closed Sunday. Scheduled appointments only.
- Are you part of Thermador service?
- No, and the footer of every page says so in full. This is an independent workshop that chose one manufacturer and fits genuine OEM parts. Nobody appointed us to it, and the price on this page is ours rather than a published schedule.
